Definition
I define a life less confined as living authentically, in alignment and abundance. Where you no longer hide any part of who you are; you let it radiate fully. You stop letting your ego and other people’s limiting beliefs dictate who you are or how you live your life.
Vision
To be the bridge that helps people get where they need to be so the world can cross over to a more peaceful state, and we can all live a life less confined.
Mission
To trigger people’s growth in ways that include:

I’m a Gen X in my early fifties, currently “enjoying” the privilege of perimenopause. I’m also cis, straight, short (5’0″), and silly. I enjoy harmless shenanigans. I have a spirit and a laugh that are hard to contain in this petite body of mine.
